The Ministry of Minerals presented a number of projects in the field of mining to a delegation of Saudi businessmen visiting Sudan during this period as part of the activities of the Sudanese-Saudi Investment Forum.
The Minister of Minerals, Muhammad Bashir Abu Namou, said during the reflective meeting with a delegation from the Saudi Metals Company, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Minerals today, “Monday” in the presence of the directors of companies and events affiliated with the ministry, that they are seeking great cooperation with the Kingdom in the new era of the Sudanese state, and the minister revealed his visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During the next few days, Al Sa’iyah pointed out that he met with the Saudi Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources during the visit to discuss the outstanding issues and move the dead ones from them.
The Saudi delegation was briefed on investment opportunities, as the ministry’s arms presented a number of projects in the mining sector.
For their part, officials of the Saudi Maaden Company confirmed that the Kingdom, during the coming period, will face investment in mining and are looking for investment opportunities, especially in Sudan.
