My Rights Police Lieutenant-General Ali Ibrahim, Deputy Director General of Police Forces, Inspector General, affirmed the keenness and interest of the Presidency of the Police Forces to develop and activate the relationship of the police with the public through scientific plans and programs that frame this relationship, which aims to achieve security and stability in order to protect the security of the homeland and citizens.
This came when addressing today at the National Ribat University the activities of the scientific forum on the relationship between the police and the public (reality and hope), which was organized by the Faculties of Police Sciences and Law and the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research in cooperation with the Faculty of Information, in the presence of Professor Miqdad Ahmed Ali, Director of the National Ribat University, indicating that security is everyone’s responsibility and requires Cooperation and coordination of the community with the police forces due to the importance of achieving a sense of security and tranquility.
He stressed the importance of adopting scientific forums to achieve the goals of the relationship, which is subjected to some apathy due to transient cases, but the relationship of the police with the public remains distinct through police and administrative services towards the public through various police departments and in various fields, stressing the interest of the Presidency of the Police Forces to implement the recommendations of the forum in what transcends the relationship of the police with the public.
For his part, Professor Miqdad Ahmed Ali, Director of the National Ribat University, pointed to the distinguished relationship between the police and the public, as the police continued to provide service work to all community entities in light of the rapid development of knowledge and techniques that require the development of that relationship, especially since the police are the prestige of the state and the source of stability, renaissance and protection of society.
Police and Jurist Lieutenant-General Razeen Suleiman Mustafa, head of the Steering and Services Authority, stated that the police relationship with the public is distinguished, despite being criticized, as it remained sophisticated in performing its work and its message towards the citizen, adding that the forum is a real opportunity to improve the mental image of the citizen, given that the police provide security and reassurance according to an integrated scientific vision that supports this relationship
Major General, Police Jurist Tariq Al-Amin Al-Badrawy, Dean of the College of Police Sciences and Law, said that the college has continued to play great roles and contributions in stabilizing the pillars of security and stability by providing the state with distinguished police officers who are able to assume responsibility towards society and build a distinguished relationship with the public, stressing the interest in adopting the recommendations of the forum in order to enhance the consolidation of the police relationship. in the audience

He explained that the forum comes within the framework of the university’s pioneering role in activating the police relationship with the public, noting that strengthening that relationship leads to its development to serve the security process and achieve stability, revealing that scientific research is the basis for the renaissance and progress of society.
According to the follow-ups of (the Police Press Office), the forum discussed (5) working papers that dealt with effective communication skills between the police and the public, in addition to the effectiveness of public relations in improving the mental image of police institutions, in addition to a paper on societal variables in the relationship between the police and the public, and another that dealt with the factors affecting the formation of Mental image
