Mother Sudan Liberation Party: “The windows exploited by the remnants of the former regime must be closed.”

The Mother Sudan Liberation Party affirmed that it will remain one of the protectors of the democratic transition, noting that it will defend against anyone who tries to undermine the pillars of the state through military coups.

He issued a statement saying:

Dear Sudanese people, you have followed the news of the failed coup attempt carried out by some officers belonging to the remnants of the former regime today, with the aim of thwarting the transitional period that the martyrs of the glorious December revolution dowry with their pure blood.
We affirm that we in the mother Sudan Liberation Party will remain protectors of the democratic transition and we will defend it and we will be soldiers against anyone who tries to undermine the pillars of the state through military coups and against all conspiracies targeting the gains of the revolution and returning us to the square of tyrannical dictatorship again, which the Sudanese people have been suffering for decades From the abhorrent military dictatorship of totalitarianism for more than fifty years.
The proud Sudanese people that achieving the slogans of the revolution requires all of us to work to block all the windows exploited by the remnants of the former regime in order to return us to the regime of oppression and marginalization. This is why the march towards establishing a civil and democratic state faces great challenges, but we in the mother Sudan Liberation Party are confident that the revolution The one that was smeared with the blood of the martyrs is guarded by the will of the masses, which will not deter them from achieving their goals and slogans, which were chanted by the throats of young men and women in December 2018.
